On Saturday we headed to Gilroy for the world-famous Garlic Festival! We caravaned there with my mom, Jase's mom, and her significant other, Scott. Upon arrival, we proceeded to eat and eat and eat some more!! Between all of us, we had garlic stuffed mushrooms, garlic marinated mushrooms, a garlic sausage sandwich, garlic bread, garlic ice cream, frozen lemonade, garlic corn-on-the-cob, shaved ice, garlic popcorn, garlic stuffed artichokes, and full cloves of roasted garlic. *mmmmm!!!* Yum-o! The guy holding the ribs tried to sell us that whole thing!! What in the world would I do with that?! We had a wonderful time and the weather was as great as you could ask for in Gilroy.
Today we are doing nothing but relaxing. It's good to have a day all to ourselves. :) And naps are definitely on the agenda:

Sounds like a nice weekend. I haven't been to the Gilroy Garlic Festival in ages. I'll have to go next year.
