We had the BEST time in Monterey!!!! Thanks so much to everyone who offered recs. EVERY place we visited or ate was great! The hotel (Hotel Pacific) was wonderful and so romantic.
We visited the aquarium, ate so much delicious food, went to Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery Row, did 17-mile drive, watched a wedding from our restaurant at Lover's Point at sunset, watched the wildlife, and relaxed, too. I'll upload some photos tonight.

Now on to a couple of bad news items:
• My school quarter starts today! I'm taking 4 classes which totals 15.5 units in 12 weeks. I'm a little nervous becuase work is about to get really crazy. I hope I can handle it.
• My mom goes in for surgery tomorrow. I'm hoping that things go smoothly. I know that it's "routine" and all, but I'm still pretty nervous about it.
