Spent Saturday in San Francisco

The Mr. and I took my mother (who refuses to drive anywhere near SF) and her sister - my Aunt - to the city to show them around. We did all sorts of fun things!

((Sorry some of the photos are so grainy!!))

- Briefly window shopped at the mall.

- Drove across the Golden Gate and took some photos on the Sausalito side.

- Hung out at Pier 39 watching live performers (percussion performance).

- Laughed at the Sea Lions vying for position on their corner of the over-crowded platforms.

- Walked down to Fisherman's Wharf.

Bread shaped like animals! These were at Boudin's Bakery. Cute, huh?

Wierdo six-seater bike!

- Went down to the cannery where they were having an olive oil and tomato festival (random!) and partook in some margaritas.

My beautiful mother and I:

Hubby enjoying his bread:

- Took a ferry over to Alcatraz and had a really fun time touring around the island and prison.

Sad.. **Pout**

Where someone actually escaped!

- Had dinner at Louis on Pier 39 (giving our aching feet a rest!).

- Finally got back in the car and I drove them around downtown and the financial district to peer at the huge buildings and fascinating architecture before heading home.

Oh and Aunt Eva, if you're reading this, can you email me some of your photos?? I can't believe I didn't snap a pic of you on Saturday!
