Our offer was accepted (YAY!!!), but we have some obstacles to get through before it's really ours. Luckily, the inspections went really well and there's nothing big wrong with the condo. Our appraisal also came in higher than what we're paying for it (wooo!).
Right now we're frantically working on getting all of the financing stuff worked out before we run out of contingency time. It's a little stressful, but we're trying to take it all in stride.
