DH and I put an offer in on a condo yesterday. It's an REO in San Jose and the bank will be taking a look at our offer today. We know that someone else was planning to put an offer in today, too, so I'm significantly more stressed than I was before.
Their deadline to respond is Wednesday at 5:00PM. We're really hoping that they accept or at least counter.
Now I just have to figure out how to not go crazy during these 3 days. *lol*
